Keith Bissett

Keith Bissett is currently Chairman of Bourton Group a field-proven practitioner in change management and Lean Six Sigma deployment. He has over 25 years’ experience in consultancy, working in the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defence and Financial Services. He holds the position of Deputy Chair of Governors at Coventry University and is a Council Member for the Management Consultancies Association.

Jean-Marie Dol

Jean-Marie started SYNEDRIA in 1993 after 7 years’ experience in a large US consulting company. For more than 20 years, Jean-Marie has been involved in improving Manufacturing performance in Aerospace, Automotive and Equipment activities with the purpose to make change and quickly realize the expected objectives. His experience includes large aircraft or automotive builders and their suppliers. In space, Jean–Marie has been involved in major European programs assisting national agencies.
Jean-Marie graduated in engineering (Arts & Métiers) and has a Master in Business Administration (IAE Nice).

Reese Bourgeois

Reese Bourgeois is the Managing Director of Flow Consulting, a successful firm focused on driving client results using LeanSigma tools for both business and operational processes. Reese has led Flow Consulting for over 20 years, and Flow had worked extensively across all aspects of industrial and service sectors, including many different private equity clients.  Prior to that, Reese worked across four business sectors for General Electric over 15 years. He also is a board member of the Kimberly Center, a child advocacy care center serving Marion County, Florida.

Giordano Prandelli

Giordano Prandelli developed his experience within Manufacturing firms and Consultancy Companies.   Today, with more than 25 years’ experience in  Management Consultant, he’s Ingersol Engineers Business Solutions Managing Director  (Italy). In his long and successful experience Giordano worked for clients to increase profitability, reduce costs and process throughput times using Lean and Continuous Improvement principles. Particularly skilled in the application of Supply Chain Management.
Giordano was previously CIO and HR Director of Pietro Beretta Armi (Brescia, Italy) a leader Company in Defence business.
Giordano has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at the University of Brescia, Italy. 

Hans-Georg Scheibe

Hans-Georg Scheibe has been a member of the Management Board of ROI Management Consulting AG in Munich since 1999 and is a Senator of the European Economic Senate. Hans-Georg has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting. His expertise extends to operational excellence issues, supply chain management, manufacturing, reorganisation and transformation management. Prior to working for ROI consulting, Hans-Georg Scheibe was director of logistics and purchasing at a large SME. He began his career in the home appliances industry in the area of international logistics.
Hans-Georg Scheibe studied business administration at the University of Munich.

Rob Walley

Rob is Bourton Groups Operations Director and has been helping organisations in both Public and Private sectors improve their operational performance for 25 years.
Rob is particularly recognised as an Industry expert in the deployment of Lean within the Roads and Infrastructure sector, he leads our work throughout the Construction and Infrastructure world. Overall, he has a reputation for successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary business reorganisation and Lean improvement programmes.
Outside Bourton Group, Rob has held senior, board level managerial positions and has a BEng (Honours) degree in Production Engineering and Production Management from Nottingham University.

Richard Wardle

Richard Wardle was a co-founder of Demand Chain International and has been a Director for 10 years. Richard specialises in Logistics and IT and has been consulting for over 15 years.  His experience includes a wide range of performance improvement programmes. Richard is a Production Engineer and began his career working as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer implementing cellular technology for a manufacturer of large aerospace equipment.  Richard also worked for an advanced medical equipment manufacturer and a specialist computer and software manufacturer. Richard joined Ingersoll Engineers as a Logistics and IT consultant and then formed Demand Chain International with co-Director David Pheasey.
Richard has a degree in Production Engineering and a masters  in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.

Gary Windas FRAeS, MIoD

Gary Windas - Managing Director, leads Hawksland Associates Aerospace and Defense Consulting and Interim Management practice, which he founded in 1988. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and has over 30 years A & D industry experience - 25 years as a consultant to A & D - OEM, 1st-tier, Government and Private Equity organisations.
A specialist in strategic business development, aircraft program, operations and supply chain management, he has directed engagements for clients resulting in generating up to $1Bn in revenue growth, opened-up new markets, formed strategic partnerships, raised investment, reduced costs and spend, restructured and optimised operations and global supply-chains, led corporate and program turnarounds, embedded technology insertion projects and whole life-cycle managed the development of aircraft aerostructures and systems programs.
Prior to establishing Hawksland Associates, Gary earned his aeronautical engineering qualifications working as an engineer at BAE Systems. He has lived and worked in Canada, France, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands and USA. He is also CEO of Hawksland Holdings Limited (an investment holding company) and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
