Winning New Business – Boeing 787 Program


To assist our client to develop strategies and proposal to win new Boeing 787 Dreamliner systems contract.

Our Approach

We created a ‘whole aircraft’ systems integration approach and brought together 2 separate companies to offer combined design-make solution. We wrote the proposal and supported our client in negotiations.

Client Benefits

Our client was successful in selling the partnering proposal to OEM customer for complete design and build of all aircraft systems. We assisted with the creation of a proposition to integrate with all OEM 1st-tiers for modular design with complete commonality across all ATA Chapters. This led to the winning of a $1Bn life of contract.
